Twitch UPDATES, H3H3 VS KEEMSTAR, And D'Amelio sisters

As of the beginning, or middle of halloween, Twitch thought it'd be a good idea to make it to where if any Streamers have streamed/or is streaming with Copyrighted Music
They would get a warning

So, every Twitch streamer had to delete VODs, and clips to follow the new guidelines rules

this caused alot of commotion on Twitter

Some people even thought it was a good idea to charge Streamers, and Gaming YouTubers to play games

so if any streamers, or YouTubers were to use that game as content (Recording Clips, Live streaming games, and etc.)

They had to PAY  to play games for Content on YouTube, or Twitch

Some YouTubers, and Streamers actually DO pay the Developers of some games

Some games cost money (Obviously)
And if a Streamer, or YouTuber wants to make a video on that game that costs money, and they buy that game

they are basically giving money to the Developers who made the game...

The reason why Streamers, or even in some cases Youtubers are worried about their content being pulled is because of some Music in it

Music can, and will be copyrighted at some point

or time

If you are using that music in a Twitch VOD, Livestream, or YouTube video you would get a copyright strike

This is because you either do not have the License to use that Music

if you want to use some kind of music in your YouTube Video, or Twitch Livestream/VOD

i suggest you get a License with the creator of that music video/soundtrack 

Games can be copyrighted.

Yes

But the only thing thats copyrighted in games are the Assets within the Game

Such as Trees, Boxes, Houses, Guns, and etc.

I am a game developer, and a Programmer myself

and in my opinion this is utterly absurd

i cannot imagine me making someone pay me just for them to stream, or make YouTube videos...

So in a way

I don't think you should pay the developers of a game just to make content on that game when you already did pay the developers to make content on that game (By Buying the game)

And sometimes it doesn't even matter if the game costs money to play the game

Some games are free and make living profits

take fortnite as an example

Fortnite gets money off of the players that play the game

the more the players play the game the more money that fortnite makes

(Lets not forget Buying Skins/V-Bucks)

even making a doll of Keemstar to play with

Keemstar claps back with a girly insult 

Just seeing Keemstar say "Obsessed" gives me chills for no reason

The insult "Obsessed" is only used by the girls who always see their 

Ex- Boyfriend every Saturday night

H3H3 is playing the Gnome now..Woohoo

D'Amelio Sisters attack KEEMSTAR

After the News, and Drama going on about the D'Amelio Sisters cheating in the MrBeast event

it doesnt even Matter

the Money isnt going to the D'Amelio sisters, or the D'Amelio family

After people criticized the D'Amelio sisters for "Cheating"
Keemstar (DramaAlert) made a DramaAlert video on the Family/Sisters

keemstar did tease the viewers for a little bit

but at the end of the video he did reveal all of the controversy 

And D'Amelio sisters reacted to it (Which there is no video of)
There is some proof that the D'Amelio sisters were definitely going off on Keemstar in their new Podcast (2 CHIX)
